The course organiser, Ian Smith, is a postgraduate from The Royal Agricultural College in Wine Business Studies. He graduated originally in chemistry and then worked in the food and drink industries for nine years, lectured in food science at London University and is a qualified teacher. He is currently studying for the WSET Diploma in Wine.
A number of guest speakers who work in the wine industry will attend the courses giving talks in their specialist areas.
